SHAKTI BODY is so close to my heart because I used to be there. I know firsthand what it's like to feel like to have a feminine soul hunger for more.

I was completely numbed out and shut down, with zero self confidence: I had anxiety, depression, an eating disorder, hated my body and lived in constant self judgement. And at my core, beyond all that .. I just felt like something was missing.

My awakening came when I realized I was completely disconnected from my feminine energy and I saw how deeply that disassociation affected every aspect of my life.
